Information we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, any telephone number you choose to provide, the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message. Website hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request data to serve and protect the site.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply to your questions, discuss events or celebrations, and handle enquiries. Our lawful basis is generally our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence or taking steps at your request before a service is agreed. We do not use enquiry form messages to add you to a marketing mailing list.

Who processes the information

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiry form emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider, to the restaurant's designated inbox. These providers process relevant technical and enquiry data to deliver their services. External links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy notices. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any ongoing arrangements and satisfy applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Information in messages may be retained for longer where necessary in relation to a booking, event or dispute.

Cookies

We do not currently run optional advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Essential technical measures may be used by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working. Third-party websites linked from our pages have their own cookie practices.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or object to certain processing. To make a request, use our contact form or telephone 01633 423336. You can also raise concerns with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
